How do I estimate my delivery date?
Calculating when your order will arrive is easy! You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the transit time based on the shipping method you've chosen. Let's say you order a watch. To calculate when to expect it, you would go to the watch's product detail page and find the "Processing Time" estimate. You would then add this estimate to the Shipping Time estimate for your chosen shipping method to get the total time until your order arrives.
Many items will be sent in 24hrs, "Ships in 24hrs", meaning that most items are guaranteed to leave our warehouse within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Therefore, the Processing Time for these items will be less than 1 business day.

- Returns & Replacements

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
GoJGo.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
General Returns
1. All products must be returned in their original condition.
Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via Help Center and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.
2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item received was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)
Returning for Replacement and Refund
1. Quality Issues:
We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 30 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.
2. Non Quality Issues:
For all products (excluding Made-To-Order items), if a customer returns a product, within 7 days after receiving it, for non quality reasons, we will offer a refund of 85% of the original product price. (15% is for the shipping fee which cannot be returned)Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.
Made-To-Order items are not eligible for returns.
Canceled Orders (Before Shipment)
For all products (excluding Made-To-Order items), if an order is canceled before shipment, there will be no costs incurred.For Made-To-Order items:- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 50% of the product price.
- Personalized products that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Incorrect Item Received
After confirming you have received the incorrect item, we will exchange your item or fully refund the item and pay for shipping both ways.

Now simply fill in your personal details and credit card information. When all information is complete, you can proceed to the final step.

To confirm your order, simply press the confirm button on the screen and your order will be processed.
